Heather M. Duval, 26, of 59 Melvin St., Chicopee, received a 30-day sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation for six months after pleading guilty to a charge of larceny under $250 by a single scheme, originally brought by Southwick Police.
Philip J. Johnson, 26, of 20 Evergreen Dr., Westfield, received two years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor, second or subsequent offense, while charges of marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed nolle prosequi. All charges originally brought by Westfield Police.
