8:36 a.m.: Burglary/breaking and entering, Bullens Field, King Street Extension. Caller reported concession stand was broken into and items were reported stolen. Police are investigating.
9:44 a.m.: Accident, Southampton Road. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash in a parking lot involving 2010 Subaru Forester and a 2005 Toyota Camry. No injuries were reported and no tow trucks were requested.
5:19 p.m.: Larceny, walk in. Police received a report of a debit card that was allegedly stolen while the individual was at the Wal-Mart in Westfield. Police are still investigating.
6:09 p.m.: Accident, Pochassic Street and Atwater Street. Police received a report of an “approximately” seven year old child, later reported as an 11-year-old, who was struck by a vehicle. The child was transported to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield by Westfield Fire Department personnel. State police and the District Attorney are investigating. 10:12 p.m.: Motor vehicle violation and arrest, Springfield Road. Police initially stopped a vehicle for a taillight issue. Upon running the operator’s information, it was found that he had a revoked license. Police arrested Adalberto P. Bernal, Jr., 33 of Springfield and charged him with operating motor vehicle with license revoked, subsequent offense, number plate violation, modified/improper exhaust, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and failed to signal.
