Harlin, 35, 123 Robin Ridge Dr., Agawam, was released on $100 bail and with pretrial conditions pending a June 23 hearing after being arraigned on possession of a Class A drug, operating under the influence – drugs and negligent operation of a vehicle, charges were brought by Westfield Police.
