Daniel J. Harvey, 22, of 28 Harrison Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a July 28 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of violate abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield Police.
Ted W. Rios, 31, of 9B Union Ave., Westfield, was released on $400 bail and with pretrial agreement pending an Aug. 3 hearing after being arraigned on breaking and entering daytime for felony and receive stolen property +$250, brought by Westfield Police.
