Major crime and incident report

12:11 a.m.: Theft, walk-in. Police received a report from a resident who reported that their license plates were allegedly stolen off their vehicle for the second time in a week. Incident reportedly occurred on Chapel Street. Police are investigating.
12:55 p.m.: Accident, hit-and-run, Old Apremont Way. Police received a report of a parked vehicle that was reportedly struck. According to the report, a witness was able to take a photo of the vehicle that struck the other. Police attempted to follow up with someone according to the report but no further information was provided by police.
4:50 p.m.: Accident, Southampton Road. Police received a report of a three-vehicle crash involving a 2005 Nissan Murano, a 2010 Nissan Altima and a 2006 Ford Five Hundred. According to the police report, one vehicle collided with the back of one of the others, which then collided with the back of the third vehicle.
5:54 p.m.: Arrest, Mechanic Street. Police reported that they arrested Katelynn M. Gebo, 23, of Granville, after they reported that she allegedly was working as a nurse’s aid and was allegedly seen on camera allegedly stealing items. Police charged Gebo with larceny from building and larceny of drug.
11:11 p.m.: Burglary/breaking and entering, Russell Road. Police received a report of a possible breaking and entering at a residence. According to the report, the caller found the rear door of the residence “smashed in and items are missing.” Police reported that baseball cards were missing. Police are investigating.
