WESTFIELD – Mother Nature decided to let itself be known early Friday evening. With games scheduled to play, a pair of contests were postponed due to the rainy weather.
The 9-11-year-old all-star game between Westfield National and Agawam has been rescheduled to Saturday at 10 a.m. at Paper Mill Field in Westfield.

For American Legion, Westfield Post 124 was set to play Greenfield Post 81 on Friday night, but as that also rained out, those two teams will face each other on Saturday at 7 p.m. on Bullens Field.
Saturday’s games will also feature two contests in the 10-12-year-old Division, and two more contests in the 8-10-year-old Division. Capping off the day, Westfield will take on Southampton on the road at Labrie Field at 1 p.m. for Senior All-Stars D2 Championship.
