Kevin D. Frost, 57, of 469 Westfield St., West Springfield, had a charge of fugitive from justice court warrant dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield Police.
Patrick J. Baker, 21, of 24 Walnut St., Gill, was released on $500 personal surety and with pretrial conditions pending a Jan. 30, 2018 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny from personal and malicious destruction of property +$250 and breaking and entering nighttime for felony, brought by Westfield Police.
Christopher Berrios, 31, of 56 Elm St., Apt. 5, Enfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a Feb. 2, 2018 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member and intimidate witness/juror/police/court official, brought by Westfield Police.
Irving F. Hilliard, 42, of 101 St. James Ave., Westfield, was placed on probation until Dec. 1, 2020 with fees assessed after pleading guilty to two counts of possess child pornography, brought by State Police Springfield.
Kyle L. Cortis, 34, of 15 River St., Apt. 9, Russell, received a one-year sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation until May 31, 2019 with fees assessed, after pleading guilty to a charge of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Russell, and a concurrent sentence after pleading guilty to a charge of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Agawam Police, while receiving being sentence to time already served with fees assessed after pleading guilty to breaking and entering building daytime for felony and larceny under $250, brought by State Police Russell.
Vitaliy V. Borodin, 46, of 12 Shepard St., Apt. 2, Westfield, was initially held without right to bail after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery with dangerous weapon and assault to murder or maim, though on Dec. 8 was released with GPS monitoring and other conditions pending a Feb. 9, 2018 hearing, brought by Westfield Police. Borodin also had previous charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent pending hearing at time of arraignment of other charges.
