5:53 a.m.: Accident, Union Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident. A 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a tractor-trailer were involved. No injuries reported.
9:03 a.m.: Motor vehicle theft, Union Street. Police received a report of a vehicle allegedly stolen. According to police, the vehicle was used without the owner’s authority and was not returned at time of report.
1:24 p.m.: Accident, Lloyds Hill Road and Russell Road. Police received a report of an accident with injuries. A 2006 Lincoln Zephyr and a 2011 Nissan Rogue were involved. According to police, minor injuries were reported and Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel transported one person to Baystate Noble Hospital.
4:53 p.m.: Accident, Springfield Road and East Mountain Road. Police received a report of a three-vehicle accident with airbag deployment but unknown injuries. According to police four total people were reported injured and transported to Baystate Noble Hospital by Westfield Fire personnel via three ambulances. In addition, three tow trucks were requested. According to police, one vehicle eastbound had reportedly crossed into the path of another vehicle westbound, collided and both struck the third vehicle involved.
