12:03 a.m.: Motor vehicle violation and arrest, Broad Street. Police stopped a vehicle after reportedly having no lights on. Police arrested Matthew B. Gray, 33, of West Springfield, and charged him with operating under influence of liquor, negligent operation of motor vehicle and motor vehicle lights violation.
8:20 a.m.: Accident, Russell Road. A vehicle was reportedly pulled to the side of the road disabled, when another vehicle came and struck it. Two vehicles were towed but no injuries reported.
11:52 a.m.: Accident, King Street. Police received a report of a minor accident. A 2012 Chevrolet Cruze and a 2015 Honda Civic were involved. No injuries reported and no tow trucks requested.
1:06 p.m.: Accident, North Elm Street. Police received a report of an accident after being flagged down. A 2008 Hyundai Elantra and a 2013 Ford Explorer were involved. No injuries reported and no tow truck requested.
7:03 p.m.: Accident, Whitaker Road and City View Road. Police received a report of a vehicle that drove off the road and accidentally struck a mailbox. No injuries and no tow trucks requested.
10:07 p.m.: Assault, Broad Street. Police received a report of a female who allegedly struck a male party. Charges are up to the male party, according to police.
