Timothy P. Patterson, 19, of 98 Barrington Drive, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of trespassing brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and a second charge of trespassing and a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor were not prosecuted.
Nicole L. Hellers, 36, of 32 Hampden St., Westfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license not prosecuted after the Commonwealth found insufficient evidence to pursue the charges.
Peter J. Dowers Jr., 28, of 15 Morris St., Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery with serious personal injury brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for nine months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $1,242.22 in restitution.
