Dominic C. Mespelli, 21, of 4 Florence Circle, Upton, was placed on pretrial probation for four months after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield State University police. Charges of larceny from a building and larceny of property valued less than $250 were not prosecuted.
Gregory M. Gintowt, 23, of 112 Wildflower Circle, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and a motor vehicle lights violation.
Jered R. Gentile, 19, of 79 Bungalow St., Southwick, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police not prosecuted prior to arraignment.
Brett M. Geddis, 21, of 14 Laurel Ridge Road, Southwick, was found to be not responsible for a charge operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police. A charge of operating motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed by the court.
Martavius Coleman, 21, of 107 Parallel St., Springfield, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle while not wearing a safety belt and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police not prosecuted prior to arraignment.
Eduardo Liciaga, 31, of 65 Lincoln St., Holyoke, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police not prosecuted prior to arraignment.
