Frank O. Montanez, 51, of 143 Summit Ave., Apt. 10, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police.
Felix Ponce-Torres, 52, of 2 Southampton Road, #232, Westfield, was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police and was assessed $105. A charge of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed upon immediate payment of court costs in the amount of $50.
Tyler G. Little, 26, of 140 Russell Road, Westfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and receiving stolen property valued less than $ 1,200 brought by Westfield police.
Virginia A. Brooks, 49, of 3339 Boston Road, Apt. A, Wilbraham, was released on $2,500 personal surety, after she was arraigned on charges of allowing operation of a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock by a person with an ignition interlock restricted license and for possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
