Justin A. Hebert, 39, of 20 Margerie St, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Virginia A. Brooks, 49, of 4 Mountainview Drive, Hampden, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a second offense) brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for two years. She was ordered to complete and pay for a 14 day program and assessed $250. In a second case also brought by Southwick police, Brooks, with an address of 3339 Boston Road, Apt. A., Wilbraham, saw charges of permitting operation of a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock by a person with an interlock restricted license and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle not prosecuted.
Anatoliy Volivetskiy, 60, of 85 Beveridge Boulevard, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery on a person 60 years-of-age or older and assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months, He was ordered to refrain from abuse or threats toward the victim.
