William A. Brosseau, 24, of 19 Lockhouse Road, Westfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police dismissed upon immediate payment of court costs in the amount of $100. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. Charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation were not prosecuted.
Erica Claudio, 34, of 849 Worthington St., #1, Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 10 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Edgardo Jodoin, 28, of 82 Fairfield Ave., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Kendra L. Forgues, 21, of 21 Green Ave., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program and her license was suspended for 45 days. Charges of failure to stop for police, possession of a Class B drug, two charges of possession of a Class E drug and a marked lanes violation were not prosecuted.
Raymond Maldonado, 38, of 461 Appleton St., Holyoke, pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police and was assessed $50.
