WESTFIELD-The Westfield Athenaeum will be the setting for a Girl Scout information night on Sept. 11, hosted by the Westfield unit of the Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts.
“We would like to welcome all girls and adults interested in learning more about the Girl Scout program to join us for an information and registration night,” said Patricia O’Connor, volunteer publicity coordinator.
Experienced scouts will be present to meet and answer questions for the girls, while troop leaders will be on hand to assist adults and take registrations. The program begins at 6 p.m.
Adult volunteer information and applications will also be available, added O’Connor.
