October’s showcase of artists are local favorites Lynne Adams and Michael MacTavish whose local work inspired the “Beyond the Surface” title. This duo can be viewed October 13th through November 4th. Their contemporary impressionistic styles are soothing and inviting, bringing a sense of peacefulness and tranquility.

Join the gallery for Champagne Fridays on September 21st and October 26th evenings to unwind and enjoy a bit of an escape from work before the weekend begins. After the 6-8pm visit to the gallery, people can wander down Cottage Street for food and entertainment.

Intended as a gallery with a twist, the Applequists curate themed openings and events each month. Currently, as board members on Easthampton’s Cultural Arts District committee, they also support Cultural Chaos and other events in conjunction with the Easthampton City Arts.
