The Agawam Community Artists and Artisans (ACAA) is meeting Wednesday, November 14th, 6:30 pm at the Agawam Public Library, 750 Cooper Street, Agawam, Mass. The demonstrator for this meeting will be Kimberly Caruso-Poley. Kim will be demonstrating the art of making fused glass. Creating fused glass pieces are but one of Kim’s many talents. As a mixed media artist, Kim recycles different materials such as paper, clay, dryer sheets, exotic papers, and Styrofoam. She experiments with these materials to get different effects when creating a mixed media canvas. Kim has served on many boards and is presently the Vice President of the Tobacco Valley Artists Association and the program director. ACAA meetings are free and open to the public.
