11:42 a.m.: fraud, Main Street, a bank employee called to report concern that a fraud may have been perpetrated against an elderly customer who made a large deposit into another party’s account the day before and is in the bank making another such deposit, the responding officer reports the customer advised him that she does not need any police services;
5:04 p.m.: vandalism, East Main Street, a caller reports a male party at the rear of a commercial building is breaking up property, the responding officer reports an employee upset about work issues had been throwing around discarded material and had damaged the building, a criminal complaint was filed.
