Fabian A. Brand, 36, of 36 Abbey St., Chicopee, was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending a Jan. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $1,200 and shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
