Special pre-Valentine’s Day event presented at Blue Umbrella Books, 2 Main Street, Westfield, Saturday February 2nd, noon to 8 P.M., featuring local authors and artists, and culminating in a new edition of Ghost Stories LIVE! At noon, the bookshop welcomes back a favorite guest, local glassblower artist Hugh Naggar who will be creating before your very eyes red roses in vases and teardrops that come together to form a heart. Family-friendly and fascinating to behold. At 6 P.M. GHOST STORIES LIVE! will present their special Valentine’s Day Show, featuring tales of ghostly lovers and disembodied hearts, read by cast members including local author/artist and AmericanBookFest Best Book finalist Susan Buffum reading a new short story especially written for the show. Free and open to the public.
