The Springfield STARS Club, an amateur astronomy group, will meet on Tuesday, May 28 at 7pm at the Springfield Science Museum. Richard Sanderson and Ed Faits will give a talk celebrating the 50th anniversary of Neil Armstrong’s first step on the moon: “Apollo 11: A Look Back at Humanity’s Greatest Achievement.” Refreshments will be served, and the public is welcome. The meeting is free for members, with a suggested donation of $2 per non-member.
