The Russell Council on Aging will host its annual COA Picnic for Seniors on Friday, June 21 at 12 pm, rain or shine, at Strathmore Park, Route 20, Russell. The picnic is catered and will offer hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken and all the fixings, as well as great company. The price for the picnic is $7 for Russell Seniors and $12 for guests.
