The Russell Council on Aging is accepting applications for its upcoming Tag Sale and Craft Fair at the Russell VFW located on Route 20, 384 Huntington Rd.; the date is Saturday, September 28, from 9 am-3 pm. The fee for vendor tables is $25 inside and $15 outside. Outside vendors will supply their own tables, and tents if desired. This is a rain or shine event.
