Our Lady of the Lake Church, 224 Sheep Pasture Rd., Southwick, MA announces its Faith Formation Registration Weekend on September 7 and 8 in Marian Hall before and after the Masses. The Mass times are Saturdays at 5pm, Sundays at 8 am, 10 am and 7 pm. There program includes classes for grades Kindergarten – 11. First Communion is in grade 2 (first and second grades are required for First Communion), and Confirmation is in grade 11. Class times are all on Sundays: grades 1 – 6 at 9am – 9:50 am and grades 7 – 11 at 5:45 pm – 6:50 pm. Registration forms are on their website at http://www.ollsouthwick.org.
