Join us on Monday, September 30 for two Food Explorers events with registered dietitian Katie Shepherd. The first event, Food Jeopardy, is at 1:00 P.M. and is for grades 5-12. At this event, teens will answer Jeopardy questions about food, compete for prizes, and try some homemade food. The second event, Oh, Sugar!, is at 2:30 P.M. and is for grades 1-4. At Oh, Sugar!, Katie will show kids how to make a healthy snack and teach them about which foods surprisingly contain sugar. Both events will serve food and will be nut free.
