WESTFIELD – Wayne Anthony Six died in his sleep on Monday, November 3rd at Baystate Noble Hospital, Westfield MA. He was 95 years old.
He leaves his beloved wife of 72 years, Patricia Ann Six (nee Brinkman) and 3 children: Stephen, Cynthia (Montanaro) and Michael as well as 22 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren.
He is a lifelong Catholic and daily communicant in retirement. He was a charitable man, very hospitable and generous to all. His hobbies were bowling, golf, card games and puzzles.
His wake is 9:30–11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 7th at Firtion Adams Funeral Home, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, MA. The funeral mass will be celebrated at noon by his grandson, Father Thomas Montanaro, LC at Holy Trinity Church, 335 Elm Street, Westfield, MA. Interment will be directly after mass at St. Thomas Cemetery, Rt. 20, Huntington, MA.
