
WEST SPRINGFIELD – Anthony “Tony” J. King, 71, (1954-2026) passed away March 22nd, 2026, in Baystate Medical Center. He was born on August 6th, 1954, to the late William and Dolores King.
Tony was a case manager at Community Health Resources in Enfield, CT for many years, helping those living with mental illness enjoy healthy and productive lives. He enjoyed summer vacations in Truro, golfing, and watching all the Boston sports teams on TV. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. Pain aside, and with his quick wit and sense of humor, he simply enjoyed the company of others.
Tony leaves his loving wife Dana (Mulholland) King, his son Michael King and his wife Cheryl, his grandson Leo, who was born March 23rd. He also leaves his brothers, James King of Brimfield, and Sky King and his wife Sandra of Wolfsboro, NH., his sister Diana Anziano and her longtime partner Norman Wagner, along with nieces and nephews, Jon, Joe, and Jeremie Lambert, Jessica Bliven, Kendra Daigle, and Lexi King, as well as family friends CC and Crystal Costello.
Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his sister Christina Fedora.
Family and friends are invited to meet Tuesday at 11 a.m. for a Memorial Mass in St. Thomas Church, 47 Pine Street, West Springfield. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
