Joey M. Pesce, 28, of 15 Pleasant St., was released on $500 cash bail pending a Sept. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of larceny by a single scheme.
Jill Streete, 45, of 58 Kanawha Ave., Agawam, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police dismissed upon payment of a $50 court fee.

Warren Payne, 22, of 46 Savoy Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with windows obstructed by non-transparent material and failure to wear a seat belt brought by State Police.
Megan A. Phelon, 27, of 32 Klaus Anderson Road, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Damien Rosario, 18, of 81 White St., saw charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and a drug violation near a school or park brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Katie L. Barker, 29, of 20 Shepard St., saw a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield State University police not prosecuted.
Steven J. Nikiel, 36, of 8 Conner Ave, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Gabriel Perez, 18, of 150 W. Alvord St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Damien Santiago, 21, of 17 Sorrento St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Dana P. Osowski, 30, of Free Street, was ordered to stay away from the alleged victim and enjoined from making any contact with or abuse of the alleged victim and was held in lieu of $50 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police. Because of his arraignment on the charges, he was found to be in violation of probation imposed in May, 2011 when he was convicted of a charge of operating under the influence and was sentenced to 127 days in the house of correction. He was also found to be in violation of probation imposed in April, 2012 when he was convicted of a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was sentenced to a concurrent ten-day term in the house of correction.
Tennison S. Clarke, 27, of 255 College St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Michael L. Bailey, 32, of 3831 Borden St., Chicopee, pleaded guilty to a door-to-door peddling violation brought by Southwick police and was assessed $50.
Gregory M. Brown, 44, of 48 David St., Enfield, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges failure to stop or yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police.
Leona M. Markel, 30, of 117 Birch Park Ave., West Springfield, w as ordered to remain drug free and be subject to random testing and was also ordered to stay away from the Walmart store after she admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by the management of WalMart. The charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months and she was assessed $90.
