Luke J. Smith, 20, of 2 Grace Terrace, Medway, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of vandalizing property, disorderly conduct and possession of a counterfeit registry of motor vehicle document brought by Westfield police.
Kristian P. Roch, 20, of 69 Framklin St., Stoughton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge disorderly conduct brought by Westfield State University police.
David D. Russo, 20, of 176 Heather Hill Lane, Goffstown, N.H., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield Police.
Christina M. Tatro, 35, of 6 Blandford Hill Road, Huntington, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a number plate violation to conceal identification, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to stop for police and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by a State Police.
Tyler J. Shank, 20, of 6 Childs Road, Monson, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield Police.
Sean Solek, 24, of 147 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by a Connecticut resident dismissed due to lack of cooperation on the part of the complainant.
Brett D. Colson, 24, of 15 S. Loomis St., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by a Connecticut resident dismissed due to lack of cooperation on the part of the complainant.
Yaribeth Velez, 34, of 15 Fowler St., was found responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct brought
by Westfield police and was assessed $50.
Anthony Frissora, 21, of 48 Hancock St., Shrewsbury, saw a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor dismissed upon payment of court costs of $50.
