Mark L. Burgess, 45, of 191 Main St., Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas J. Cuddemi, 21, of 115 Buckingham Ave., West Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was fined $625 and assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Dunyadar Gasanov, 28, of 24 Bates St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Samantha Sampsel, 25, of 4 Phelps Ave., saw charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Akli Price, 23, of 46 Delaware Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Konstantin Raush, 23, of 51 Murray Ave., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle not prosecuted.
Jorge Torres, 23, of 39 Washington St., saw charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations not prosecuted.
Isac R. Hernandez, 19, of 10 Hanover Street, pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Anthony J. Montagna, 40, of 6 Sackett St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Jessica Silva, 22, of 36 Clipper Circle, Sandwich, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Andriy M. Petrovych, 25, of 134 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
Jason Pappas 29, of 76 Chapel St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Kathrine A. Kennedy, 23, of 1298 Blandford Road, Russell, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 13 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police.
Brandon Bradley, 31, of 61 Farnsworth Street, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Joshua Gary, 42, of Windsor Locks, Conn., was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Oct. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police.
William R. Pease, 28, of 14 Olin Ave., Chester, was found to have violated probation and was found to be guilty of a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police. He was sentenced to five days in the house of correction with credit for two days served.
Anthony E. Williams, 27, of 8 Cycle St. , was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Isac R. Hernandez, 19, of 10 Hanover Street, was found guilty of a charge of shoplifting by asportation.
Alexander C. Orban, 21, of 12 Partridge Lane, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $100, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation and a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Christino M. Lopez, 31, of 24 Longhill St., Springfield, was found to be responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
James Robert, 27, of 27 Kennedy Drive, Huntington, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
