Andrew A. Croteau, 28, of 51 South View Drive, Southwick, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a Jan. 8, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of improper use of a credit card for more than $250 and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Christian W. Trusty, 34, of 15 Fowler St., was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 1, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police.
Kevin J. Asselin, 55, of 51 South View Drive, Southwick, saw charge of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Andy Rodriguez, 20, of 193 Myrtle St., Indian Orchard, saw charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and operation of a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Corey T. Allen, 32, of 625 Montgomery Road, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim when she asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Ashley R. Bartosik, 24, of 52 Westfield St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $90.
Adam J. Toporowski, 31, of 31 Juniper St., Roxbury, was found to have violated probation imposed Sept. 11, 2012, when he pleaded guilty to charges of uttering a false check, larceny of property valued less than $250 and forgery of a check brought by an Agawam resident and three concurrent two year terms in the house of correction were suspended. Toporowski was sentenced to complete those terms with credit for any time he was held in custody.
Santos L. Bones, 25, of 40 Franklin St., was found to have violated probation imposed June 14, 2012, when he pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to 160 days in the house of correction with credit for any time already served.
Anthony Lopez, 21, of 4 Provin Terrace, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police.
Gregory Christos, 21, of 21 Cherry St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of disturbing the peace and a charge of being the keeper of a noisy and disorderly house brought by Westfield police.
Raymond Dejesus, 35, of 99 Russellville Road, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a state highway traffic violation and a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Aleksandr Tereshchuk, 22, of 210 Pine Hill Road, Russell, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation until June 12, 2013. He was assessed $50.
Philip J. Johnson, 21, of 20 Evergreen Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield State University police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a motorcycle equipment violation.
