Nicole R. Shaulis, 26, of 43 Decatur St., Indian Orchard, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three years. She was ordered to pay restitution of $2,000 without prejudice. A charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 was not prosecuted.
Vickie Bohn, 52, of 148 Hartford Terrace, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for a year. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $250 restitution.
Derek P. Hines, 24, of 48 Jackson St., Taunton, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was assessed a $500 administrative fee.
Jeremy Matos, 25, of 11 Grove St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police.
Joshua Smith, 17, of 51 Foss St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 18, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of trespass and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
