Evan Cioffi, 17, of 308 Springdale Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 7, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Brian T. Moriarty, 24, of 106 Middlefield Road, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 8, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, unarmed robbery, malicious destruction of property valued less than $250, malicious damage to a motor vehicle and disorderly conduct brought by State Police.
Ernest A. Baffour, 20, of 399 Cannon Circle, Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee.
Daniel J. Szostkiewicz, 45, of 25 Sunnyside Ave., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 25, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
