Alexander E. Audet, 20, of 5 Grandview St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 25, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, five charges of vandalizing property and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
Danielle M. Slysz, 19, of 60 Laurel hill Road, Westhampton, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Feb. 13, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on three charges of improper use of a credit card valued less than $250 and a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Kimberly A. Ciancotti, 27, of 152 Pontoosic Road, was ordered to remain drug free and be subject to random testing when she was placed on pretrial probation for six months after she was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug and being present where heroin is kept brought by Agawam police. A charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws was not prosecuted.
Laura J. Bolio, 41, of 103 Main St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of making a false crime report brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and she was assessed $50.
Abimael Benitez, 37, of 44 Franklin St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a noisy motorcycle and speeding and was assessed $300.

Gabriel Perez, 18, of 150 W. Alvord St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution to be determined.
Daniel L. Soule, 34, of 23 King St., Palmer, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Jason Theroux, 23, of 357 Springfield St., Agawam, was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction concurrent with a term imposed by Hampden Superior Court, with credit for time served, when he was found guilty of a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police. A charge of shoplifting by asportation was dismissed.
Brandon Heard, 26, of 9 Hanover St., pleaded guilty to a charge of distribution of a Class D drug brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of distribution of a Class B drug and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50
Jose R. Santiago, 49, of 50 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an obstructed or non-transparent window.
Steven M. Raskauskas, 17, of 92 Meadow St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 15, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, he released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 15, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
