CLEMSON, SC – Karl Thomas Szatrowski of Westfield graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University Dec. 20, 2012, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Szatrowski was among 1,200 students who received degrees at two graduation ceremonies at Littlejohn Coliseum. Graduates in the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Life Sciences; College of Architecture, Arts and Humanities; and College of Engineering and Science received their degrees at a morning ceremony. Those from the College of Business and Behavioral Science and the College of Health Education and Human Development received theirs in the afternoon ceremony.

Mary Vincunas of Granville Named To Fall 2012 President’s List at Hudson Valley Community College
TROY, NY — Mary Vincunas of Granville was recently named to the President’s List at Hudson Valley Community College. Each fall and spring term, the college’s President’s List honors those students who have a term grade point average between 3.5 and 4.0. Vincunas is in the Individual Studies academic program at the Troy, NY college. Founded in 1953, Hudson Valley Community College offers more than 70 degree and certificate programs in four schools: Business; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Sciences; and Liberal Arts and Sciences; and workforce and academic preparation programs offered through the Educational Opportunity Center.
