Richard E. Knight III, 31, of 18 Mellen St., Chicopee, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police. In addition, he was found to have violated probation imposed Dec. 19 when he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest and was held without right to bail.
Theodore T. Whitworth, 22, of 19 Lockhouse Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, improper operation of a motor vehicle, a number plate violation and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by State Police.
Corey D. Carroll, 37, of 646 Chicopee St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas R. Foley, 23, of 263 Central St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Jan. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Robert M. Maynard, 31, of 104 Rogers Ave., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Luis M. Santiago-McCain, 23, of 46 Savoy Ave., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of assessments, fees and court costs totaling $150.

Stephen C. Pease, 27, of 85 Fairfield Ave., was released on $500 cash bail pending a Feb. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of uttering a counterfeit note and larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme brought by Agawam police.
Jeremiah J. Smith, 26, of 23 Frederick St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Paul Morales, 18, of 124 Valley View Road, Russell, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and released on his personal recognizance pending a March 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Indigo Albitz, 18, of 1114 Crescent Mills, Russell, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Patrick M. Greaney, 24, of 90 Orange St., was ordered to stay away from and enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 13 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Mark A. Nikiel, 38, of 8 Conner Ave, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Feb. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation and trespass brought by Southwick police. He was also held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Feb. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Brian M. Alger, 26, of 28 Washington St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and ordered to comply with all protective orders when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 13 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
