EAST OTIS – Wendy C. (Warren) O’ Brien, 58, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, January 12, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Northampton, MA to Virginia (Damon) Warren and the late William Warren.
She graduated from Northampton High School Class of 1972 and also attended Westfield State University. Wendy worked as a clerk for over 20 years for the United States Postal Service. She loved to travel to Truro on Cape Cod and cruises to the Caribbean.
Wendy is survived by her beloved husband, William E. O’Brien of East Otis; her mother, Virginia (Damon) Warren Fabrizio of Zephyrhills, FL; her 3 loving sons, William J. O’Brien and his wife Lyn Minery of Otis, Michael J. O’Brien and his wife Star (Saloomey) O’Brien of East Otis and David P. O’Brien and his wife Veronica (Orlich) O’Brien of Otis; her cherished grandchildren, Alex, Jack, Gracie, Erin and Ava. She was predeceased by her brother, William R. Warren on April 10, 1965.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. in the Southwick Forastiere Funeral Home, 624 College Highway, Southwick, MA. Visiting hours will precede the service from 12:00-3:00 p.m.at the funeral home.
