Corey S. McDaniel, 43, of 65 W. Silver St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Sean A. Carter, 30, of 44 Basket St., Huntington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of shoplifting merchandise valued at more than $100 by asportation and larceny of property valued less than $250 by a false pretense brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for four months. He was assessed $50.
Corey D. Carroll, 37, of 646 Chicopee St., Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Danielle J. Girard, 21, of 37 Mechanic St, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Karissa L. Beaudry, 22, of 82 Cinderella St., Marston Mills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $250.
William A. MacDonald, 20, of 712 Willow St., South Yarmouth, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one week. He was assessed $50 and a charge of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Jeffrey M. Antonellis, 37,of 106 Northridge Road, saw a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee.
Brian J. Herrick, 34, of 14 Parker Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Isac R. Hernandez, 20, of 10 Franklin St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charge was dismissed by the court. A charge of assault and battery was dismissed without prejudice.
Vladimir V. Oleynik, 28, of 126 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a police officer brought by Agawam police.
Laura Owens, 43, of 34 Meadow St., pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a seven day term in the house of correction. She submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct and the charge was dismissed by the court.
Alan Fournier, 54, of 8 Chapel St. Easthampton, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail or $5,000 bond pending a May 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a chare of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by State Police.
Tinelle S. Guzman, 22,of 129 Franklin St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 28 hearing after she was arraigned on a charges of assault and battery and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Jordan P. Knight, 21, of 12 Skipper Lane, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police.
Mary E. Naputi, 28, of 609 College Highway, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 19 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Ryan P. Donah, 34, of 34 Martin St., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $550, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation.
