Nice beautiful sunny day, not one person in your Green, enjoying the beautiful park we put in here and you go up to the bridges and those beautiful Pearl Harbor parks and stuff like that, not anybody enjoying them. What a waste of money!

Thank you Patrick. I was wondering what the speed limit is at the Park Square racetrack, where the Green used to be. Is it thirty miles per hour and sixty miles per hour on that reacetrack? And still allow traffic in and out on the sidewalk where the old tin roof restaurant is. Let’s control the traffic. Let’s get ready for the Memorial Day Parade. Thank you.
