Zachary J. Neuser, 18, of 54 Berkshire Drive, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Bernardo E. Garcia Jr., 39, of 275 South Longyard Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.
Matthew E. Grandchamp, 24, of 10 Cedar St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Robert Deyette III, 23, of 55 Katherine St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim.
John M. Lyttle, 18, of 9 Sackett St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Kevin J. O’Brien, 28, of 82 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Manuel Merced, 42, of 413 Pleasant St., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Eric J. Voudren, 38, of 142 Parsons St., Easthampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
Adam Carmel, 26, of 13 Sycamore St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of aggravated assault and battery brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90.
Beverly A. Tomasini, 45, of 5 Noble Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 31 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of distribution of cocaine brought by Westfield police.
Ericka Ames, 25, of 40 Guard Road, Worthington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
William H. Holden Jr., 25, of 178 Beekman Place, Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and not responsible for a state highway sign violation.
