ANDERSON, SC – Paul Anthony Sabonis, 70, formerly of Westfield, MA, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born March 27, 1943 in Westfield, MA, he was the son of the late Joseph “Corky” and Anne Jonaitis Sabonis. Paul was a U.S. Navy Veteran and retired telecommunication lineman.Surviving are his 2 daughters; Suzanne Hood (Bradley) of Buford, GA and Catherine South (Phillip) of Peachtree City, GA; 3 grandchildren, Elizabeth and Alex Hood and Jackson South and 2 brothers, Joseph Sabonis of Scituate, MA and Peter Sabonis of Riverview, FL. He was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Sabonis.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
