Tyler Partyka, 21, of 43 Russell Stage Road, Blandford, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250, disorderly conduct and violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. In two separate cases brought by State Police, Partyka submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and in each case the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year and he was assessed $50.
Brandon A. Callahan, 20, of 28 Russell Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of vandalizing property and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution to be determined.
Benjamin A. Lishness, 24, of 16 Shaggbark Drive, Southwick, was released on $10,000 personal surety pending an Aug. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault with intent to commit a felony and assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Jeremy R. Cosme, 20, of 41 Orange St., was released on $5,000 personal surety pending an Aug. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to violation drug laws and conspiracy brought by Westfield police.
Christopher D. Leclair, 22, of 347 Pochassic Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Dimitris Kasimis, 33, of Beekman Place, Agawam, was held without right to bail after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, possession of a Class E drug and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
Jorell Correa-Gomez, 24, of 404 Southwick Road, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed after arraignment and upon payment of $100 in fees and assessments imposed.
Nathan D. Curtain, 24, of 40 Heritage Lane submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of vandalizing property and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution to be determined.
Shawn A. Daniels, 21, of 55 Paulk Terrace, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and being motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself brought by State Police.
Tito A. Pacheco, 32, of, 14 Pinewood Lane, who had been arraigned as a fugitive form justice, waived extradition and was surrendered to Connecticut authorities. In addition, Pacheco pleaded guilty to charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class E drug and was sentenced to a seven day term which he had served awaiting adjudication.
