Adam J. Salsbury, 33, of 4209 High St., Thorndike, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Kate M. Alevres, 26, of 1790 Westfield St., West Springfield, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending an Aug. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Terry A. Mcnair, 70, of 515 South Lane, Granville, was placed on pretrial probation for one year after he was arraigned on three charges of improper storage of a firearm and four charges of possession of a firearm without a FID card brought by State Police. A motion for forfeiture of the guns was allowed by the court.
Robert J. Martin, 48, of 206 Blisswood Village Drive, Ludlow, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim.
Joel Albitz, 38, of 135 Edendale St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of vandalizing property and breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. In a separate case also brought by State Police, Albitz saw charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building not prosecuted.
Natasha A. Jeffery, 31, of 126 Union St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of uttering a false prescription brought by Westfield police.
Jennifer L. Chase, 30, of 18 E. Silver St., was released on $1,000 personal after she was arraigned on charges of uttering a false check and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a false pretense brought by Westfield police.
Shawn T. Conroy, 24, of 871 Main Road, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor (a subsequent offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police.
Megan M. Phelon, 25, of 20 Murray Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug and being present where heroin is kept brought by Westfield police.
Robert J. Garlick, 59, of 84 Cosgrove Ave., Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police.
David M. DelNegro, 32, of 3 Matthews Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by a Southwick resident. In a separate case brought by environmental police, DelNegro was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor boat without identification, operating a motor boat without a life saving device and refusing to stop for an officer.
Thomas F. Larkin, 38, of 13 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Missy C. Stoddard, 32, of 16 Washington St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 18 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Aaron C. Wright, 33, of 8 Cherry St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Jordan Hardy, 19, of 46 Middlesex St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 18 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield State University police.
