Michael W. Hadley, 41, of 301 Granville Road, Southwick, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick Police. In a separate case also brought by Southwick police, Hadley was again released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
Andrew C. Stenico, 20, of 15 Old Main St., Montgomery, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by State Police.
Paula M. Santos, 50, of 14 Carrington Road, Montgomery, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and cruelty to an animal brought by State Police.
Brett S. O’Connor, 22, of 220 Springfield Road, was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop for police brought by Westfield police and was assessed $25.
Valentin S. Covileac, 19, of 19 Parkside Ave., was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim and ordered to possess no illegal weapons when was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Patrick M. Donnelly, 28, of 12 Chapman Ave., Easthampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police.
Matthew J. Bush, 32, of 51 Yeoman Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of refusing to provide a DNA sample brought by State Police.
Daniel J. Seibert, 37, of 9 Maple St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. Charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle were not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Daniel K. Carpenter, 51, of 437 East Mountain Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of refusing to provide a DNA sample brought by State Police.
Yelena Kostyushko, 27, of 177 Meadow St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 1 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
William Rojas, 25, of 1210 Russell Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Jason M. Gibney, 31, of 4 Charles St submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of making annoying telephone calls or electronic communications and threatening to commit a crime brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. In a second case brought by Southwick police, Gibney submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order and that charge was also continued without a finding and he was again placed on probation for three months and assessed $50. He was placed on probation for three months and assessed $50 a third time when a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police was continued without a finding after he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for the charge.
