Audrey Kozodoy, 21, of 19 Duggan Lane, Southampton, was arraigned Wednesday on a charge of driving with a suspended license following an arrest on April 20 in Westfield by Russell State Police. The charge was dismissed after Kozodoy paid a $200 fine.
Ebelio Pojoy, 32, of 14 Vinton Street, Springfield, appeared in court Wednesday for one charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an additional motor vehicle violation on June 1 in Westfield. Pojoy was released on personal recognizance, and the charge was dismissed upon the payment of a $100 fine.
Steven Griffin, 56, of 24 Day Avenue, Westfield, was arraigned on charges Wednesday of assault and battery, assault and battery of a disabled person 60 years or older, and intimidating a witness. He was released on personal recognizance and is set to appear in court again on October 17.
Ryan Hubbell, 20, of 200 Munger Hill Road, Westfield, pleaded an admission to sufficient facts on Wednesday on charges of possession to distribute a class D drug, and for distributing a class D drug stemming from a March 26 arrest. Hubbell was released on personal recognizance and was forced to pay a $600 fine and forfeit his grow lights.
