Jose R. Oquendo, 37, of 65 Mechanic St., saw charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Igor A. Kaplyuk, 27, of 11 Dubois St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 17 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of cruelty to animals brought by Westfield police.
Rey L. Augustine, 29, of 24 Bartlett St., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Heitor J. Cuevas, 27, of 75 Vadnais St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment a $150 fee. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield.
Maria A. Pescitelli, 28, of 48 Fernwood Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $100 fee.
James J. Mason, 48, of 42 Colonels Way, Weymouth, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Andrew D. Judd, 43, of 50 Adams St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
