CAPE COD – Michael Domozick, 66, formerly of Westfield, passed away unexpectedly at home in Harwich on August 6, 2013. He was the son of the late Edward and Genevieve Domozick. Michael was raised in Westfield and was a carpenter in the construction industry for many years. He served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and received 2 Purple Hearts.Michael leaves his wife Kathryn (Murphy) and his two children, Luke Domozick and his fiancé Laurie of Montgomery and Greta Domozick and her friend Charlie of Chatham; his grandson, Taylor of Westfield; his brothers and sisters, Carolyn Caccavale and her husband Anthony of NY, Pamela Orlandi of Cape Cod, Barbara Boydston and her husband Robert of Chicopee, Garry Domozick of Westfield, Georgea Polumbo and her husband Robert of West Springfield, Christine Iglesias and her husband Gerald of Westfield, David Domozick of Wyoming, and Elise Rising and her husband Larry of Westfield; sister-in-law, Gillian and her husband Larry of NY; his nieces and nephews, Ana and James, Robert, Scott and Kyle, Aric, Andrea and Marymarie, Kimberly, Jenna, Adam and Craig, and Jared.
The burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
