Brandon Barnes, 19, of 114 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the alleged victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Southwick police.
Shawn M. Buffum, 37, of 83 Main St., was ordered to stay away from the alleged victim’s home when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person 65 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield police.
William J. Mis, 54, of 58 S. Maple St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $90.
Amner Cabrera, 26, of 117 Lawlor St., New Britain, Conn., saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $50. He was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and was assessed $100.
David Bazukin, 20, of 18 Vivian St., Chicopee saw a charge operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration dismissed upon payment of court costs of $50. He was found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation and was assessed $5.
