WESTFIELD – Alan D. Cook, 62, of Westfield died Tuesday, September 17, 2013 in Noble Hospital. He was born in Brockton on July 13, 1951 to Chester and Louise (Waichulis) Cook and has lived in Westfield since 1959.
Alan was the production manager at 40-Up Tackle, a subsidiary of US Line in Westfield for thirty-five years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and watching his favorite New England sport teams.
Alan leaves a son, Alan D. Cook Jr. of Springfield; two daughters, Lisa Green of Easthampton and Judith Greier of Longmeadow; his mother, Louise Cook of Westfield; a brother, Chester E. Cook of Westfield and eight grandchildren.
Funeral with burial in New Cemetery Southwick will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours are omitted.
