Robert M. Maynard Jr., 32, of 126 Union Street, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Dec. 3 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police.
Dylan T. Piersiak, 20, of 768 Chestnut St., Needham, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of carrying a dangerous weapon and charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Hector L. Lauriano, 28, of 132 Walnut St., Agawam, was released on $200 cash bail pending a Jan. 24 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Brian D. Clark, 21, of 624 West Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Christina E. Lally, 26, of 54 Belleview Drive, released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 24 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Taylor Demers, 20, of 27 Collins St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
